Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of doctors recruitment experience
• Strong healthcare recruitment background
• Experience recruiting Doctors
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong candidate sourcing and placement experience
• Track record of Temporary placements in Northern Island, Wales, England and Scotland
• Experience working with NHS, care home and private Hospitals
• Ability to build and manage client relationships independently
• Strong billing and revenue generation history preferred
